UN ARTICOLO SU EDUARDO AROLAS, EL TIGRE DEL BANDONEON
PART ONE (THE ORIGINAL)
Historians are in agreement dates back to 1907 composition Comme il Faut , the first tango Eduardo Arolas .
At that time our name was still Lorenzo Arola and performed with Rafael Iriarte, likely co-author of Comme il Faut, in "cafetines" the province of Buenos Aires and days of the quarter.

was born in Buenos Aires just fifteen anni prima, il 24 febbraio 1892 , nel popolare quartiere di Barracas, dove si erano stabiliti nel 1890 i suoi genitori, Enrique Arola e Margarita Saury , francesi, trascinati anch’essi dall’ondata migratoria dall’Europa più importante dell’epoca.
Comme il Faut, tango per molti indissolubilmente legato al nome di Carlos Di Sarli , che ne ha registrato su disco tre celeberrime edizioni (1947, 1951, 1955), è appena il primo passo di un percorso artistico senza pari.
L’ascesa di Arolas è fulminea: passa prestissimo ai caffé de La Boca, poi a quelli di Corrientes, di lì ai cabarets del centro, di Palermo.
Ma soprattutto passa con una velocità ed una facilità incredibili dalla chitarra al bandoneon, strumento del quale sarà il primo vero innovatore, il primo esecutore “moderno”, avendone compreso appieno tutte le potenzialità.
Nel 1909 , con il suo bandoneon, si reca al caffé dove suonava Francisco Canaro , e, al termine della serata, esegue la sua nuova composizione, Una Noche de Garufa : fu tale l’entusiasmo suscitato che Canaro decide di aiutare “Lorenzo Arola”, che non aveva ancora alcuna confidenza con il pentagramma, scrivendo per lui la partitura per il violino del nuovo tango.
La prima opera ufficiale di Arolas ne fa emergere prepotentemente lo spessore artistic, consecrating him as the perpetrator in the eyes of all musicians: his style is already correct, clear and distinguishable.
